2025 New Student Registration

Step 1

Login to your PowerSchool Enrollment Parent Portal

  • 1. Click the Registration Link: Register Here.
  • 2. Enter the snapcode from your acceptance letter. (Your snapcode is a special code that links to your registration form.)
  • 3. Sign in with the email and password you used for your Admissions Application.
  • 4. Select 2025-2026 Registration Form to begin.

Step 2

Upload Your Required Documents (New Students Only)


Download, complete, and upload the following documents in the registration form or submit to the Saint Mary’s front office Monday-Friday from 7:30-3:00 on or before the registration deadline, March 17.

  • Student’s Birth Certificate (copy)
  • Immunization Records (copy)
  • Tuition payment Account Information
  • Public School Verification Form (if applicable)
  • Previous CEA/STO Award Letter or Verification Form (if applicable)
  • IEP/504 plans, and/or Court Custody Documents (if applicable)

Step 3

Attend the Freshman Welcome Event

Once your registration is complete, you’ll get an email invitation within two business days to sign up for the Freshman Welcome Event on Saturday, March 22!

  • Get your class placement details
  • Visit the Spirit Shop for uniforms and gear
  • Meet with academic counselors
  • Socialize with future classmates

Apply for Tuition Assistance

FAQs: Quick Answers to Your Questions

What is a snapcode, and where do I find it?

  • Your snapcode is a unique key that links to your registration form. You’ll find it in your acceptance letter.

How do I log in?

  • Use the email and password from your Admission Application to sign in. If you have multiple children enrolling, use the same account.

Do I have to answer every question?

  • All required questions must be answered. If you miss one, you won’t be able to submit the form. In addition, you will need to make your registration payment as part of the online form.

What if I make a mistake?

  • No worries! Click the underlined field to edit or use the Previous button to go back.

I finished my form, now what?

  • Click Submit, and you’re all set! If the button isn’t working, double-check that all required fields are filled in.

What if I have more than one student enrolling?

  • You’ll need to complete a form for each child. Once you finish the first form, the system will copy over shared family information to save time.

What if I need help with the registration fee?

  • Contact the Business Office for assistance: Call for Ms. Valdez, or Ms. Mata at (602) 251-2500.

I don’t know what a question is asking.
