Step 1
Login to your PowerSchool Enrollment Parent Portal
Click this Registration Link. Use the snapcode found in your acceptance letter to access your registration portal. Sign in to your family account using your login and password created during the Admission Application and choose the 2024-2025 Registration Form.
Step 2
Download, complete, and upload the following documents in the registration form or submit to the Saint Mary’s front office Monday-Friday from 7:30-3:00 on or before the registration deadline, March 13.
- Student’s Birth Certificate- copy
- Immunization Records- copy
- Tuition payment account information
- If applicable, Public School Verification Form
- If applicable, Previous CEA/STO Award Letter or Verification Form (link below)
- If applicable, IEP/504 plans, and/or Court Custody Documents
Private School Affidavit, complete, notarize, and mail to address in the form
Step 3
Freshman Welcome Event
Once your online registration is complete, you will receive an invitation to sign up for our Freshman Welcome Event scheduled for Saturday, March 23. Come and meet with a guidance counselor, pick up your summer reading book, and meet other new families!
Step 4
Apply to an STO/CEA
Each family is encouraged to apply to at least two State Tax Organizations (STO). The more families that participate in STO’s helps keep Saint Mary’s financially healthy. Please click here to go to our Tuition & Aid information page and find out how to apply!
Registration FAQ's
What’s a snapcode?
The snapcode is like a key to your child’s registration for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode or snapcode link for each child.
How do I access my account?
Using the link above, you will be required to sign in with the email address and password you created for the Admission Application. This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You should use the same account to complete forms for multiple children.
Do I have to answer all the questions?
Questions marked with Required are required. In addition, you will need to make your registration payment as part of the online form.
What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change, select the underlined field or choose “Previous” to return to a previous page.
I’ve completed the form, now what?
When you have finished entering your information, select “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot select this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.
What if I have more than one student at Saint Mary’s Catholic High School?
Do I need to do this for each child? Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you submit one registration form and then start another – this will allow you to “snap over” shared family information, which will save you time.
